Return Guidelines
- All returns must be in resalable, unused, condition and in original packaging.
- Items purchased from shopmerrittdesigns.com may not be returned or exchanged at any other retail or online sales channel.
- Items purchased from another online or retail sales channel must be returned to the original sales channel.
- The total amount of your order will be refunded to your original payment method minus the orignal shipping charges.
- You will need your email address and order number to start a return.
-Once you enter your order number and email address in the link below you will be able to select what item(s) you want to return and print a return shipping label or use the provided QR code any Fedex shipping location.
- Please take the labeled packaged or the package and QR code to any place that accepts FedEx packages
Damaged Item(s)
- If your item(s) were damaged in shipping, please use our contact page and get intouch with our customer service department. CLICK HERE
- We do not offer exchanges on damaged items. Please return the damaged item(s) and place a new order for the item(s) that were damaged.
- The total amount of your order will be refunded to your original payment method for the damaged item(s)
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your original payment method.
You will receive email notification of your return status once the refund has been issued.
