- Items purchased from shopmerrittdesigns.com may not be returned or exchanged at any other retail or online sales channel.

- Items purchased from another online or retail sales channel must be returned to the original sales channel.

- The total amount of your order will be refunded to your original payment method minus the orignal shipping charges.

- You will need your email address and order number to start a return.

-Once you enter your order number and email address in the link below you will be able to select what item(s) you want to return and print a return shipping label.

- Please take the packaged and labeled return to any place that accepts FedEx packages

- If your item(s) were damaged in shipping, please use our contact page and get intouch with our customer service department. CLICK HERE

- We do not offer exchanges on damaged items. Please return the damaged item(s) and place a new order for the item(s) that were damaged.

- The total amount of your order will be refunded to your original payment method for the damaged item(s)

After we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your original payment method.
