Refund policy

At Merritt Designs, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise.


30 day returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You will be able to return your item(s) within the 30 day window starting from the purchase date of your merchandise.

 

To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be:

  • In the same, new, unused condition that you received it
  • In it's original packaging

 

Returns Condition Policy

All items must be returned in their original packaging with no signs of use. Returns meeting this requirement will be refunded in full minus the original shipping cost. Returns that arrive in damaged, improperly packaged, or used condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be rejected entirely at Merritt Designs’ discretion. Rejected returns will not be refunded and will not be reshipped.

We can only accept returns of items purchased directly from www.shopmerrittdesigns.com. If you have purchased one of our products from another sales portal or store, please contact the original point of purchase for return/refund information.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
