No, you do not need an account to shop with us. We recommend creating an account to keep track of your orders and allow a faster checkout experience in the future.

Orders
You can check the status and shipping details in your account. Click the Account Icon in the upper right hand corner of our website and login.
Order processing is normatly 2 -3 days, meaning once your order is placed we will ship it from our warehouse in 2- 3 days. Weekends and holdiays can sometimes add to that estimate.
We strive to ship our orders quickly, so unfortunately, we're unable to cancel or make changes to orders once they are placed. If an order is already shipped, changes or cancelation is not possible.
Yes! You will receive a confimation as soon as your order is placed. For customers with an account, your order will appear in your Account Page. Once your order is shipped, you will recieve a notifiaciton with the tracking number. If you have not received a confimation email or tracking email check your spam folder. If you still cannot find a confirmation of your order please contact Customer Service. Please have your order number and email address that was used for the order ready.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. When your order ships you will recived a notification with tracking providing a delivery date. During busier times of the year, holidays and natural disruptions, shipping times can increase. See our Shipping page from more details.

We aim to get all products back into stock as soon as possible. If you subscribe to our newsletter we will notify you when products are back in stock.
Yes, yes they are. So are our melamine products.
We suggest using olive oil or WD40. Do not use acetone or abrasive substace. For more product care check out the care section under each product listing.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason (within 30 days of purchase) you are unhappy with your itme(s) you can start a return here. You can view our full return policy on our Shipping and Returns page.
We do not offer exchanges. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it. You can start the return process here.
Once your order is received and inspected by us we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds take 5 - 7 days to post to your account. If for any reason you have not recieved your refund within 10 days of our approval please contact us here.
Merritt Desigs can only return and refund items that were sold through this site. Please contact the original sales channel or retailer for information on their return/refund policy.
